Loprest Water Treatment Company was established in 1928 in San Francisco, California. Solving Municipal Water Treatment Issues has been the core of Loprest's business focus. From conceptual design to system fabrication, installation and start-up, Loprest offers engineering expertise throughout the project life. Following startup, Loprest provides field service as well as offers emergency response if ever required.
Currently located in Rodeo, California, Loprest sits on six acres with a large fabrication facility and an office & administration building. Loprest employs Design Engineers, Project Engineers and Application Specialists to support all of our customer requirements. In the fabrication shop, we have over eighty years experience in turnkey, skid mounted or field assembled systems. Our UL panel shop can handle all of your system control requirements, from basic PLC schemes to complex SCADA and telemetry operations. With hundreds of installations throughout California and the world, Loprest has provided reliable, durable and cost effective water treatment solutions for over eighty years.
Quality control is a major element to the success and longevity of Loprest Water Treatment Company. Stringent procedures and inspections ensure only the highest quality systems and components ever reach our customers. All equipment manufactured by Loprest meets local, state and federal design requirements including ASME certification, EPA, DEQ, Ten States Standards and California Department of Public Health approval. Customer commitment does not end with the sale of capital equipment. Loprest provides on-going operator training and system support for the life of your equipment. Upgrades are presented to our customers as technology changes and regulatory requirements evolve. In addition, Loprest inventories all media required in its equipment for every customer emergency or planned change out.
